Duncan Aviation Company Video: "Our Work Speaks For Itself"

Hosted by Todd Duncan, Chairman

Flying has been a passion in my family for more than five decades, beginning with my grandfather Donald Duncan. His enthusiasm and love of airplanes is the foundation that started the aviation company that still bears his name.

Today, Duncan Aviation is the largest, family-owned maintenance, repair and overhaul facility in the world providing complete acquisition sales and support services for business aircraft. Aaron Hilkemann, President of Duncan Aviation, leads our management team that carries on the traditions that make Duncan Aviation a valuable business aviation partner for customers around the world.

We work on more than 2,500 aircraft every year, with assistance available 24 hours a day.

The service philosophy at Duncan Aviation is to care for your aircraft tip to tail. From avionics to airframe, engine to accessories, inside and out, we have the expertise and ability to provide for all service work needed while you're with us. Our 1,200 specialty-trained technicians are structured into teams specific to airframe, engine or valued skill. This unique structure enables us to deliver the very best service possible.

Our vast level of capabilities can only be accomplished through our strategic partnerships and authorizations with all the major business aviation manufacturers such as:

  • Dassault,
  • Bombardier,
  • Cessna,
  • Hawker Beechcraft,
  • Honeywell,
  • Rockwell Collins,
  • and many others.

This innovative spirit and trusted partnerships is what allows the value of Duncan Aviation service to live long after the work is completed. A Duncan Aviation signature in an aircraft logbook conveys the message: this aircraft has been well-maintained and the owner values the aircraft enough to seek out the very best people and company to service it.

"When my logbooks are reviewed, and the Duncan Aviation name and signature are in my logbook, then that is a sign of quality," says Jeff Duvall, Chief Pilot of Integrated Management Systems. "I highly recommend Duncan Aviation due to the level of professionalism and quality of service that you receive here."

For years our customers from around the world have been saying the same thing, that their experience with Duncan Aviation is unlike any other in business aviation. We're known for our individually focused service and we pursue feedback to get a sense of what customers need and desire.

Nearly 2,000 aviation professionals work at our three maintenance facilities located in Lincoln, Nebraska; Battle Creek, Michigan; and Provo, Utah. More than 100 additional technicians are in the field at 20 of the busiest business airports in the U.S. providing avionics line services and emergency engine services. All are on-call and prepared to travel worldwide to help an operator at a moment's notice.

"When a customer decides to bring their plane to Duncan Aviation, it brings value to that aircraft, because they are bringing their aircraft to the best in the industry," says Jeff Beaudette, Team Leader-Interior. "I love coming to work everyday. I like working with the people. The people are quality. They care about eachother and we care about the product that we're going to deliver."

If you're new to Duncan Aviation, we encourage you talk to one of our many customers. Ask them about their experience and our customer service, and why they keep coming back. We invite you to come visit, walk the floor and see what we have to offer. As soon as you step foot into any Duncan Aviation hangar you become a part of the process, a partner, not only in the work we do, but a partner in our culture.

It's who we are. It's what we do. It's why we're different, and our work speaks for itself.
