Duncan Aviation Alliance Program to Provide EMEA Customer Support

October 2016

It has been nearly five months since Duncan Aviation announced the formation of its Duncan Aviation Alliance Program. The goal of the Alliance Program is to enhance market presence and customer service levels for corporate jet operators in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) by developing  long-term relationships with highly respected service providers throughout the continent.

The essence of the Duncan Aviation Alliance Program is to support the customers of Duncan Aviation and its Alliance Program members. To this end, Duncan Aviation’s EMEA customers will benefit from having support in their respective regions for warranty work and AOG services and for potential participation in future maintenance programs.

Since the official announcement of our Alliance Program in May 2016, Duncan Aviation and the Alliance Program members have been exploring complementary services to determine the best offerings. Together with our Alliance Members Air Alsie (Dassault Falcon ASC F2000/EXy & F7X) and Jet Support (MRO Falcon & Cessna), we worked on developing a program that has great benefits for all our EMEA customers.

“The idea of having Alliance Partners in Europe has been there for a while, and it is good to see this concept is now developing. We brought the services & capabilities of the individual partners together in a combined matrix for internal use and explored complementary services over the last months. At this point, we look forward to further development of the market presence in joint effort with our Alliance Partners,”  says Arjen Groeneveld, Duncan Aviation European Regional Manager.
