LINCOLN, NEB. — Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce that Stef Sedam has accepted the position as Manager of the company’s Regional Managers. For the past nearly four years, Sedam has served Duncan Aviation’s customers as a Senior Bombardier Airframe Service Sales Rep, helping connect them with every product and service Duncan Aviation provides.

“From having been on the technical sales team, I’ve had the opportunity to be engaged with various teams in the organization throughout the sales process—Regional Managers, Sales teams, our shops, and our customers. I’ve been able to see how the Sales teams and Regional Managers support our clients and one another,” says Sedam. “We all represent Duncan Aviation, fulfilling different types of support, all as one team with the same goal to provide the best possible customer experience.”

There are eight domestic Regional Managers and five international Regional Managers at Duncan Aviation, each representing their respective geographic territories, within which they are actively involved with the companies, aircraft, and various industry partners. They engage in these regions by serving on boards, attending conferences, meeting with industry professionals, and traveling to personally call on customers. With their extensive knowledge of the cultural landscapes, client needs, and of Duncan Aviation’s resources, the Regional Managers are uniquely qualified to provide excellent support in the field.

To further support flight departments, the Regional Managers also have the ability to arrange the technical sales teams from Airframe, Avionics, Paint, Interior, and Engine to travel with them into the field to survey aircraft, prepare formal quotes, and build relationships during various parts of the quoting process.

“Stef is a good fit for the Manager of Regional Managers position. She brings a strong background in both Interior and Airframe sales as well as customer service. Her scope of past experience will be beneficial to the Regional Manager team as well as to Duncan Aviation’s customers. Stef has a proven track record of excelling at building relationships, both with fellow team members and with customers,” says VP of Sales Ryan Huss. “Beyond her passion for helping customers, Stef is an excellent communicator, which is crucial for leadership of a remote working team. We’re confident in her abilities to lead this dynamic team of professionals to even greater successes.”

Prior to coming to Duncan Aviation, Sedam supported customers during interior, maintenance, and modification projects on mid-to-large cabin aircraft. Her previous experience at an MRO center as Sales and Warranty Manager gave her great insight into the unique and detailed needs of owner/operators both in and outside of the United States.

Sedam grew up near the west side of Indianapolis and attended IUPUI. She and her husband Brad have two daughters, a Golden Doodle, a cat, and a couple of fancy fish. In her spare time, Sedam enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and traveling.
