Duncan Aviation is a Pratt & Whitney Canada Designated Overhaul Facility or DOF. A new overhaul facility is being constructed in Lincoln, Nebraska, to conduct hot sections, major repairs, and overhauls on PW530A, PW535A, PW535B, PW535E, PW545A, PW545B, PW545C, PW305A, PW305B, PW306A, PW306C, PW307A, PW307D, PW308A, and PW308C models. Hot section inspection services are operational. Full in-house repair and overhaul capabilities are coming online in early 2026.

Due to the current industry environment where parts availability is inconsistent, this is difficult to predict accurately.
However, with advanced scheduling, early commitment, and parts availability, your engines will spend about 3-4 weeks in the Duncan Aviation engine overhaul shop in addition to engine R&Rs.

Similar to the answer above, for a CZI, we encourage you to commit to early scheduling and plan for a 45-day average downtime. Parts availability can cause downtime to extend from six months to a year.
