In the Winter 2009 edition of the Duncan Intelligence, there was an article about the release of the Pratt & Whitney Service Bulletin SB30381. At that time, the customer was financially responsible for parts and labor. Pratt & Whitney recently released Commercial Support Program Notification (CSPN) 1004357, offering parts and labor support for complying with the Service Bulletin. If you complied with the Service Bulletin before the CSPN release and you were billed for parts and labor, your service provider may now file for some support under CSPN 1004357 from Pratt & Whitney.
