Customers frequently ask about avionics protection coverage for their aircraft. Two of the most notable programs are Collins Avionics Service Program (CASP^SM) offered by Collins Aerospace, and Honeywell's Maintenance Service Plan (MSP).  

Both programs offer similar benefits:   

• Unlimited exchanges, rentals, and repairs
• Exchange parts shipped overnight delivery
• No buy-in or initiation fees 
• Tiered pricing to accommodate budgets

One of the most significant advantages to these programs is knowing avionics costs upfront for the coming year. Having avionics protection coverage is a more cost-effective approach to maintenance. Because, in many cases, failures end up costing more for the exchanged part than the cost of an entire year of coverage. Examples of savings for each program include: 

CASP

MSP
