Have you heard about the Honeywell Global Customer Committee?

The GCC is a group of independent business aviation professionals working together to help Honeywell understand the most important issues and concerns affecting the customers who operate their equipment.

They work closely with Honeywell to get the answers to your questions and identify all concerns in order to improve aircraft, equipment, operations and services. This is done by getting input from members and representing those topics to Honeywell's Senior Leadership.

Together with Honeywell, the GCC works through an action list that is consolidated and prioritized globally. This list is called the Top 25 RAIL (rolling action item list) and is available for anyone to see and know instantly what issues/solutions are currently being worked, and the estimated completion.

This type of information sharing benefits the entire aviation community. Honeywell is the only Aerospace Company with this type of committee in operation today, and they truly do value and take action on the input received from the GCC.
