AIRCRAFT HISTORY:
August 2009 – Bird strike immediately after takeoff – minor damage to nosewheel landing gear and radar pod
January 2013 – Nick in the tip of one propeller blade, determined to be caused by an FBO tug.
July 2019 – Runway excursion at HPN – determined to be caused by a prior FBO towing incident which damaged the nose wheel, most likely towed with a chock in place. Nose landing gear replaced. Engine & prop had complete overhaul in July 2020
