Kolman will apply his more than 30 years of aviation experience and knowledge to support business aircraft operators in Arizona, Southern California, and Southern Nevada.

During his career, Kolman has held various roles, including aircraft technician with FAA A&P and Canadian AME M1 M2 licenses, maintenance inspector, project manager, and Director of Maintenance. His proven track record in sales includes leadership positions as MRO and OEM Sales Directors and Regional Managers for a variety of well-known industry companies.
