LINCOLN, NEB — Since 2016, Duncan Aviation has completed 16 Dassault Falcon 7X 1C inspections at its MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facilities in Battle Creek, Mich., and Lincoln, Neb.
Falcon 7X operators throughout the United States and as far away as Belgium are trusting Duncan Aviation with the most comprehensive inspection for all Falcon aircraft. “They are looking for an MRO facility that can provide a competitive downtime with the tooling and experience to skillfully work through any discrepancies and concerns that may arise,” says Duncan Aviation Airframe & Engine Service Sales Manager Alan Monk. “They are finding it at Duncan Aviation.
Duncan Aviation has been a Dassault Authorized Service Facility for 22 years. The company is well known by Falcon operators who call to schedule not only the 1C inspection, but the smaller inspections that lead up to it.
Since the interior is removed during this major inspection, Monk says it is a great time to get additional work performed. The scope of work associated with Duncan Aviation 1C inspection projects has run the gamut from carpet-only to complete interior refurbishment and installation of a Cabin Management System. After eight years in service, complete paint is also common with the 1C on the 7X. In addition, there is a lot of expressed interest in the new Gogo AVANCE L5 and Ka band Satcom systems.
