Duncan Aviation Names Troy Nail Airframe Service Sales Manager

LINCOLN, NEB — Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce that Troy Nail has accepted the position of Airframe Service Sales Manager and will be managing the airframe service sales team at its Lincoln, Nebraska, and Provo, Utah, facilities.

“Nineteen years ago, Troy joined our airframe maintenance team, taking the extra steps to learn everything he could to deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service,” says Ryan Huss, Duncan Aviation Director of Sales. “Troy’s dedication hasn’t stopped. From the hangar floor to the sales desk, he develops strong relationships with customer to identify not only what they want but what they need.”

Huss says that Nail is a vital part of the overall Duncan Aviation sales leadership team. “Troy will be collaborating with the other Duncan Aviation Sales Managers in Battle Creek, Mich., and Lincoln, Neb., to strategically guide sales efforts, build customer relationships, and increase market share.”

After serving four years in the U.S. Army, Nail joined Duncan Aviation in 2001 as an Airframe Technician I. In the years since, he advanced quickly to positions of increased responsibility and leadership—Airframe Lead Tech, Airframe Team Leader, and, most recently, Bombardier Airframe Service Sales Rep.

Nail went to school while working weekends at Duncan Aviation to earn his A&P License and Associate Degree of Applied Science from Iowa Western in Council Bluffs, Iowa. And later a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Peru State in Peru, Nebraska.

Together with his wife Courtney, Nail has two sons Jackson (14) and Cameron (5), and one daughter Emily (3). He enjoys coaching football and baseball, working out, playing sports, traveling, and spending time with his family.
