All three of Duncan Aviation's MRO locations in Battle Creek, MI; Lincoln, NE; and Provo, UT, are experienced Falcon airframe maintenance facilities. Our Dassault Falcon Heavy Service Centers in Battle Creek, MI; and Lincoln, NE; are authorized for all major/minor inspections and repairs on all models. We have capabilities to perform select inspections at your facility, including 12M, 24M, 36M and basic Inspections. We submit all warranty covered inspections on your behalf and accept Falcon-Care.
Our Falcon airframe teams consist of specialized, factory-trained technicians, as well as A&P and IA-qualified aircraft inspectors. 24-hour technical support is available for maintenance questions and troubleshooting. All locations support drop-in services, AOG emergencies and structural repairs, with road teams supporting AOG events in the field.
Our proprietary computerized maintenance tracking system is available to assist in tracking aircraft maintenance. However, with your authorization we can access your online maintenance tracking programs to better assist you with your service needs.
