Duncan Aviation Releases New ADS-B Compliance Numbers

In December 2016, Duncan Aviation began a concerted campaign to educate business aircraft owners/operators about the anticipated crunch the industry will experience as the Jan. 1, 2020, ADS-B Out mandate draws closer. At the time, Duncan Aviation estimated that more than 2,000 business aircraft could be grounded for non-compliance. The company’s data analytics team recently developed even more accurate methods for determining the number of aircraft in compliance, and the results paint an even more urgent picture for operators who still need to comply with ADS-B.

Duncan Aviation Assigns Dedicated Program Administrator for After Market Warranty Programs

Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce that Scott McKenzie will be taking over the administration of all OEM aftermarket warranty programs. In addition to his current responsibilities as an Avionics Tech Rep for Duncan Aviation Components Services, McKenzie will assume the duties as After Market Warranty Program Administrator, overseeing contract sales, organization and administration of the company’s HAPP (Honeywell Avionics Protection Plan), Honeywell MPP (Mechanical Protection Plan), Rockwell Collins CASP (Corporate Aircraft Service Program), and Universal Avionics Flight Assure aftermarket warranty programs.

Duncan Aviation Delivers First CJ3 Pro Line Fusion® Flight Deck Upgrade

Duncan Aviation yesterday delivered the first Citation CJ3 aircraft equipped with the Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion® flight deck upgrade, which transforms the pilot’s flight experience and meets upcoming NextGen mandates. The system received Supplement Type Certification from the FAA on April 21 and the aircraft was subsequently delivered to the customer yesterday afternoon.
