LINCOLN, NEB — Duncan Aviation recently named Rick Conner a Technical Representative (Tech Rep) working directly with aircraft operators who call with technical or troubleshooting questions about their radar units and systems.
For more than 38 years, Conner has had daily, hands-on experience as an avionics technician, the last 33 with Duncan Aviation’s Avionics and Instruments repair facility in Lincoln, Neb., as a Technician, Radar Team Leader, and most recently a Customer Account Rep.
Last year, Conner transitioned into customer service and relocated to Florida. In addition to supporting operators with radar troubleshooting questions, Conner continues to provide online support to customer requests for quotes and information through online locator services like Partsbase and ILS while managing several customer accounts.
“Rick wears many hats,” says Tony Curtis, Assistant Manager of Components Repairs. “Not only does he possess extensive technical knowledge of radar systems and units, he provides a high level of service and support to our customers. He has mentored avionics technicians for years. It is a natural shift for him to continue that support for our customers.”
Conner can be reached by calling +1 402.479.4587 or via email at Rick.Conner@DuncanAviation.com.
