Duncan Aviation’s Dallas Satellite Avionics Shop Moves

Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce that its Satellite Avionics Shop in Dallas, Texas, has moved to a brand new, state-of-the-art facility. Long-time partner Tectonic Management Group built the new hangar complex for another long-time Duncan Aviation partner, Business Jet Center at Love Field. The Dallas Avoinics Satellite Shop now has dedicated hangar space and new shop and office space that let the Dallas team work on aircraft inside the hangar, have a more organized avionic testing bench, and a spacious new office in which to greet customers.

Duncan Aviation’s ADS-B STCs for Cessna 560/560XL & Hawker 800/800XP Earn EASA, TCCA & DGAC Approvals

Duncan Aviation’s Engineering & Certification Department is pleased to announce that it has received approvals from three civil aviation authorities for its Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs)--ST01810WI and ST01811WI—that upgrade the Honeywell Primus II system for Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast-Out (ADS-B) in Cessna 560/560XL and Hawker 800/800XP aircraft, respectively. Approved by the FAA in December 2015, the STCs have also been accepted by Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA), Mexico’s Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC), and the 27-member nations of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
