Duncan Aviation Engine Test Cell Is In Full Operation

After months of planning, construction, and rennovation, Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce that its new turbofan engine test cell, affectionately named ‘The Raptor,’ has completed all of the necessary correlation runs certified by Honeywell and is fully operational with many Honeywell TFE731 engines scheduled for CZI inspections throughout the end of the year.

Duncan Aviation Develops STCs For Gogo AVANCE L5 System

Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce that its Engineering and Certification Department has developed six Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) for the Gogo AVANCE L5 system. The STCs cover the Wi-Fi certification and full equipment and antenna installation required to provide in-flight connectivity for the following makes/models: • Challenger 601-3A, 601-3R, 604, 605, and 650 • Challenger 300 and 350 • Global Express, XRS, 5000, and 6000 • Gulfstream G-IV, G300, G400, GIV-X, G350, and G450 • Falcon 900, 900C, and 900EX (EASy, LX, DX) • Falcon 2000 and 2000EX (EASy, DX, LX, LXS, S)

Duncan Aviation and Gogo Business Aviation Collaborate on ST 4300 STC for Challenger Aircraft

Duncan Aviation and Gogo Business Aviation recently worked together to develop a new Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for installing the Gogo ST 4300 Iridium Satcom Satellite Telecommunication System configuration for Future Air Navigation Systems (FANS) 1/A+ in a Bombardier Challenger 604 variant (Challenger 605 model). This new STC includes Challenger 605 aircraft, serial numbers 5701 through 5990.
